To register and maintain an account on pk868, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: pk868 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under the minimum required age, any winnings will be void, deposits will be returned where practicable, and the account will be permanently closed. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
pk868 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to all features or markets on the Platform.
To use the real-money features of pk868, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Any attempt to open or operate multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify pk868 promptly of any changes. pk868 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted via your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pk868 support immediately at [email protected].
pk868 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity card, passport or driving licence, together with proof of address dated within three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournament matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or interruption, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sport-specific rules for that event type. pk868 does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL, ICC or any other sporting body.
In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Odds on live markets are updated continuously and reflect real-time event data. pk868 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Any bets placed after a material event — such as a wicket, goal or round conclusion — has occurred but before the Platform's odds have been updated may be voided at pk868's discretion.
All casino games, video slots and instant-win products use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game panel. The Platform does not guarantee that any individual User will achieve or exceed the stated RTP during any session or over any number of sessions.
In the event of a software, pricing or technical error that results in a bet being accepted or settled at manifestly incorrect odds, pk868 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stakes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk868 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
pk868's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk868 support. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules, and any remaining Real Money Balance (less any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations) will be returned to you subject to KYC verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

Any dispute between you and pk868 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Platform's licensing authority, where applicable. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform (for example, by way of a banner notice or in-account notification) prior to the changes taking effect.
